Hugo Awards and Locus Recommended Reading List

The 2015 Hugo & Campbell Award Nominations are now open. “A Year and a Day in Old Theradane” by Scott Lynch from the Rogue anthology is eligible in the Novelette category. Anyone who is or was a voting member of the 2014, 2015, or 2016 Worldcons can nominate. Go and support Scott!

On a related note, the same work made it into the 2014 Recommended Reading List published in the February issue of the Locus magazine. Congratulations, Scott!

Thorn of Emberlain release date update

Scott has recently posted a few updates on his tumblr account. One of them concerns the release date of the Gentleman Bastards sequence’s next opus, The Thorn of Emberlain. Progress on the book is still going well. Scott expects it to be released in mid-to-late 2015.
Other topics include gentling, the Wicked Sisters, hardcovers, touring, and TV/movie adaptation. Enjoy!
